TERMS AND CONDITIONS

-PLEASE READ CAREFULLY-

SERVICES PROVIDED: Golden Tickets is a worldwide broker of sporting event tickets. We
specialize in obtaining hard to get tickets to sold out events. Through our many sources, we are able to get a wide variety of seats to almost any event, in any city. Due to the efforts and cost involved, MOST SEATSARE SOLD AT ABOVE FACE VALUE.

POLICIES: Tickets for all majorevents are subject to acceptable availability. Due to the nature of our business, delivery of tickets could be as late as the day of the event. In the event tickets are unavailable, Golden Ticket's liability shall be a refund of up to one and one half times the original purchase price. Odd amounts of tickets cannot be guaranteed to be together neither can rows or sections. Golden Tickets reserves the right to replace tickets within 5 rows.

CANCELLATIONS: ALL SALES ARE FINAL. THERE ARENO REFUNDS OR CANCELLATIONS OF ORDERS.
Upon request, we will agree to place your order on a "Try to Sell" basis.

If Golden Tickets is unable to fil your ticket order as specified, Golden Tickets will exercise one of the following options:
1) Comparable tickets will be provided with no compensation.
2) Tickets can be upgraded, for an additional cost.
3) Tickets can be downgraded with a partial refund.
4) fI none of the above are acceptable to the client, Golden Tickets reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund minus the service fee.
5) For National Events, on the rare occasion when insurmountable conditions exist, orders may be filled using single tickets upon the client's approval in lieu of a full refund.
FOR ALL CANCELLED EVENTS, CLIENTS WIL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND IN THE FORM OF ORIGINAL PAYMENT, WITH THE EXCEPTION THAT NO REFUNDS SHALL BE GIVEN DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, STRIKES, ACTS OF WAR, TERRORIST ACTS, LOCKOUTS, WALKOUTS, AND MEDICAL CRISES OR DUE TO WEATHER. THERE ARE NOREFUNDS FOR POSTPONED OR RESCHEDULED EVENTS.

The WEATHER Exception: Weather conditions may affect travel to and from the event and may causet h e postponement
or cancellation of theevent. Such circumstances are beyond the control of Golden Tickets and accordingly, No Refund for
unused services or allowance for the loss of enjoyment caused by weather conditions will be made by Golden Tickets. This
weather exception takes place when an outdoor event such as the Masters, cancels due to a rain storm or weather conditions not suitable to continue or start that davs) events

TRANSPORTATION: Golden Tickets shall not be held responsible for damages because of delays, cancellations or unavailability of public or private transportation caused by an Act of God, by Acts of War, Riot, CivilCommotion, by an Act of State, by Strikes, Fire, Flood, restricted availability or by the occurrence of any other event beyond the control of Golden
Tickets.

SPECIAL NOTES: All prices arequoted in U.S. dollars. Al deposits are non-refundable. Al sales of tickets take place in the State of Texas. Our mailing address is 301 W. Parker Rd. Ste. 202, Plano, Texas 75023.

Golden Tickets is an independent, privately owned company engaged in the service of locating and providing tickets for admission to all sporting events, concerts and theatre throughout the world. We are not affiliated with, nor do we have any licenses or strategic alliances with, nor are we authorized by any box office, promoter, venue, theatre, stadium, professional sports team, college sports team or sporting association. Any and all copyrights, trademarks, or trade names used by us are for descriptive purposes only. We are not acting on the authority of or by the permission of any organization. We are able to provide hard to locate tickets for events through our many contacts and various sources. OUR PRICES CAN BE MUCH HIGHER THAN THE FACE VALUE OF THE TICKETS, depending on the costs to obtain them. The degree of difficulty to locate, availability and pricing can vary greatly from one event to another.
